Lease Local was born out of a frustration I know firsthand. I own and manage commercial properties, and for years I kept hoping someone would build a simpler way to market spaces for lease.
We all drive by storefronts and commercial spaces with “For Lease” signs that never show up on the major listing sites. Many existing platforms are expensive, complicated, and geared toward larger properties and sale transactions. Smaller spaces can easily get lost in the mix, or never get listed at all.
